    Phoenix House Texas has provided both inand outpatient addiction treatment and prevention services in Texassince 1995. Each year we help thousands of adolescents overcomedrug and alcohol addiction and find recovery in order to leadproductive drugfree lives. We receive state funding which enablesus to help all families regardless of their ability to pay. We area Texasbased 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission ofhealing Texasbased individuals families and communities challengedby substance use disorders and related mental health conditions.Phoenix House Texas celebrates 26 years of helping Texans liveextraordinary lives inrecovery.
    DesiredQualifications:
    • Highschool diploma.
    • 1 years experience in arelevant field.
    • Good command ofEnglish.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Wordand Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
    • Ability to concentratefor lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequatespeed.
    • Proficient touch typingskills.

    Responsibilities:
    • Gatheringinvoices statements reports personal details documents andinformation from employees other departments andclients.
    • Scanning through information toidentify pertinent information.
    • Correctingerrors and organizing the information in a manner that willoptimize swift and accurate capturing.
    • Creatingaccurate spreadsheets.
    • Entering and updatinginformation into relevant databases.
    • Ensuringdata is backed up.
    • Informing relevant partiesregarding errors encountered.
    • Storing hardcopies of data in an organized manner to optimizeretrieval.
    • Handling additional duties from timetotime.
