    The Pink Rosette is a premium patisserie, confectionery and café based in Mumbai.

    We are looking to fill a senior leadership role that involves developing and executing strategies for marketing and growth. Along with the patisserie and cafe, t


    he brand also runs two more verticals – one for luxury gifting, gourmet desserts and culinary experiences and one that works as a business to business provider in the space.

    The role involves overseeing the business development and collaborating with other departments to align the company's strategies with its overall goals and revenue growth, across all departments A core component of the role will also be to manage the social media handles and oversee content creation along with handling performance marketing, keeping in mind the strategy for growth and expansion.

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

    This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

    They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities
    Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends,

    customers, partnerships, products, and services

    Working alongside the senior team members to develop strategies to increase revenue and growth across all verticals, alongside working on strategy to increase visibility and awareness for current ones.

    Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers to establish rapport and set up meetings
    Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to boost the company's market presence
    Understanding the needs of existing customers and markets and how the company's positioning, products and services align with their goals and devising strategies for increasing market share and revenue
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry contacts
    Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company
    Working to convert prospects into customers and to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills to enhance business development efforts
    Utilizing CRM software and analytics, as well as other reports to track progress with new prospects, manage business leads, and analyse data to inform business strategies
    Researching potential clients and business opportunities
    Preparation of proposals and presentations
    Supporting lead generation and outreach efforts
    Managing negotiations and closing deals
    Social Media Marketing - this includes strategy planning, content planning, planning the shoot mood board, shooting content including reels and pictures, posting the content as per a schedule, posting any new content that may come up, shooting and posting daily content for the page as it may come up
    Managing Targeted Boosts & Performance Marketing and the Analysis if required
    Managing and Marketing for the Website
    Collaborating with micro-influencers and working on/ with a communications consultant is required for current and future locations
    WhatsApp and Email Marketing
    Campaign Development for a specific day/period/ audience and the subsequent Marketing and Analysis
    Graphics for the brand
    Suggested Monthly Budgets and analysis with respect to performance
    Managing DM's on Instagram, our website and our WhatsApp
    Data Base Management
    Client Servicing and Guest Relations
    Working with online aggregators to increase visibility and growth and relationship management, and overseeing all the related tasks that ensure smooth operations like menu edits, planning boosts and promos and working on campaigns

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    • 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    Focused and goal-oriented
