    Description


    Videonetics is looking for a experienced & seasoned BD & Sales professional as BD/Sales Manager for Enterprise/Commercials/Industrial vertical in India market for the Northern region of India covering the states of Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh plus all union territories of North India.


    The BD Manager will be a member of Global Sales & BD Team reporting to National Manager Sales & BD (Enterprise).

    The Regional Manager will be responsible of business development, sales & marketing of Videonetics products in the assigned vertical through channel development, consultant & end user relationships and other stake holder relationships.

    The position is a P&L position at regional level.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish relationships with key ELV/Security consultants/architects/PMCs/system integrators & end customers.
    • Good Presentation capability to meet end user objectives using our solutions.
    • Draft and present proposals for contract acquisitions.
    • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • End to end lead management from its identification, development, acquisition and delivery.
    • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and preparing action plan to achieve the same.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Identifying & recruiting best suitable partner network to increase market penetration across nationally.
    • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Sustain & increase market share in the assigned territory.
    • Achieve assigned growth targets and KPIs.
    • Develop growth of target verticals in a planned and sustained manner.
    • Promote and develop a value selling culture.
    • Deliver sales revenue on budget objectives.
    • Analyse and report the market intelligence.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

    Tasks:

    • Ensuring Monthly sales team pipeline discussions and associated reporting.
    • Sales revenue forecast management and reporting (90day, 30 days, biweekly updates)
    • Frequent field travel to ensure visibility, channel & other stakeholders relationship.
    • Ensuring field interaction with A&E / consultant/ Interior contractor & PMC community.
    • Education, promotion and adoption of channel partner program strategies in the field
    • Review and approval of project registration and deviation process/documents.
    • Interaction with presales engineering on pilot approvals, onsite assistance, and related issues.
    • Follow up with postsales on outstanding, stranded or strategic support issues.
    • Assistance with overlay events that are not specific to regional field sales territories
    • National tradeshows, company events.
    • All other duties as assigned periodically by the management.

    Professional Qualifications:

    • Minimum Graduate (Engineering Preferred) with Degree or Diploma in Business Management.
    • Minimum 10+ years field sales and/or sales management experience. At least 5 Years of interaction and pitching to Corporate clients on Solution Sales.
    • Exposure & Experience in Video Surveillance & Security Product Industry in the region with established contacts in the industry.
    • Exposure & Experience in VMS, Video Analytics Software domain will be an added advantage.
