    Description
    We are seeking aDesktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance andsupport for all hardware and software related issues.

    The idealcandidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering theCompanys PCs printers and IT equipment including audio and videoequipment internet data cards RSA hard tokens LCD monitors andiPhones.

    Additionally the Desktop Support Engineer will beresponsible for maintaining a comprehensive document system relatedto IT infrastructure IT services and IT operations.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate PC repairs software/hardware installationsand delivery of new equipment
    Configure installtroubleshoot repair update and maintain all desktops laptops mobiledevices and all other firmapproved technology peripherals
    Provide Terminal Services support for remote users toconnect to HQ servers successfully.
    Track all help desktickets in the ITSM or similar system
    Expeditedocuments related activities by vendors contractors and internalsupport departments like Finance and Procurement
    Prepare presentations correspondence and perform otheradministrative duties as needed
    Identify differenttypes of documents such as specifications quality and auditdocuments correspondence financial records and IT projectdeliverables
    Maintain system and procedures to trackprocessing of documents such as correspondence minutes reportspayment requests invoices and purchase orders
    MaintainQuality Management System and Audit related documents specific toIT department

    Check all IT department related invoicesfor their correctness and liaise with IT team members Procurementand Finance department for the documentation recordkeeping.

    Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPointAccess)
    Knowledge of PC imaging
