    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Provide comprehensive IT support to internal users, resolving network connectivity issues (LAN & WAN), hardware malfunctions, software problems, and other userrelated IT challenges.
    • Manage user lifecycles, including setting up and deploying computers for new hires and facilitating offboarding processes.
    • Image and deploy laptops to ensure consistent configurations and maintain system efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve VPN and remote access issues to ensure uninterrupted productivity for remote workers.
    • Maintain system security by managing Bitlocker encryption, antivirus software, and performing malware/spyware removal.
    • Assist with user queries related to Microsoft Office 365 (Enterprise) applications.
    • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016 and above).
    (Expertise Required) :


    • Provide technical support for virtualized environments using VMware ESXi and vSphere (Working knowledge preferred).
    • Configure and troubleshoot network security using Palo Alto Firewalls (Working knowledge preferred).
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Mitel Telephony Systems (Working knowledge preferred).

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Technology, or a related field OR
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, with demonstrably strong technical skills.

    General Skills :

    • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues in both LAN and WAN environments.
    • Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
    • Experience providing desktop/laptop computer hardware support.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Enterprise) applications.
    • Strong oral/written communication and listening skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with a team or independently.
    • Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Strong ethical orientation with the ability to maintain confidential information.
