    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent English speaking and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Proven experience in data management and report preparation
    • Ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Previous experience in executive support or related role is preferred
    • Knowledge of operations and administrative processes

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments
    • Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls for the Managing Director
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the Managing Director
    • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
    • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
    • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
    • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
