- Write, edit, and review content for our HR internal communication platforms
- Execute communication strategy, initiatives, and events for TE's global HR audience and partner with HR stakeholders to support their specific internal communications strategies and goals
- Increase engagement and standardization across our internal communication platforms
- Make recommendations for communications improvements based on metrics, insights, best practices, and business objectives

- Produce graphic assets and videos, apply defined branding guidelines, and oversee creative development as needed
- Simultaneously support multiple projects with various stakeholders and partners
- Expert writer and editor who can turn complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop solid networks and relationships
- Ability to be a focused, quick thinker who efficiently solves problems
- Strong leadership skills, a natural ability to collaborate well with others, and the strength to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues across multiple functions and across the globe in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience with internal communications content (emails, intranet, website, mobile apps, graphics, leadership communications, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite (photo and video editing skills)
- Experience creating and analyzing reports and surveys to monitor trends and propose improvements
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work autonomously including managing remote and in-person projects or events
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on global cross-cultural teams
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Previous HR work experience is an advantage

Job Overview
TE's HR Project Management Office & Change Management team is seeking an experienced communications professional to support the growth of our internal HR communications channels and community of employees. Candidates should be great communicators, excellent writers and quick learners that are familiar with the best practices in employee communications.
In this role, you'll work with multiple global stakeholders to drive content creation, oversee HR's intranet channels, distribute communications and bring forward new ideas on how to engage our diverse and global workforce. We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter, who has a passion for writing and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position will join our Bangalore HR hub as a valued member of our global HR Project Management Office & Change Management team.
