    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. This includes identifying and building relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, developing campaign strategies, and monitoring campaign performance. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will also analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects
    • Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
