    JobSummary:The Client ServicingExecutive plays a crucial role in providing support to the team andensuring smooth communication and service delivery to clients. Theyassist in managing client relationships addressing inquiriesresolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to meetclient needs and expectations. The Client Servicing Executiveserves as a bridge between clients and the organization striving touphold high levels of client satisfaction andretention.Responsibilities:
    • ClientCommunication: Serve as a primary point of contact forclient inquiries requests and concerns responding promptly andprofessionally via email phone or inpersonmeetings.
    • ClientOnboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for newclients ensuring all necessary documentation is completed andcoordinating with internal teams to set up accounts andservices.
    • NeedsAssessment: Conduct initial needs assessments withclients to understand their requirements preferences and objectivesand gather relevant information to facilitate servicedelivery.
    • IssueResolution: Address client issues complaints orescalations in a timely and effective manner coordinating withinternal teams to provide solutions and ensure clientsatisfaction.
    • AccountManagement: Assist in managing client accountsmaintaining accurate records updating client information andtracking account activity andcommunication.
    • ClientFeedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding theirexperience with products or services and communicate insights andsuggestions to the Client Servicing Manager and relevant teams forimprovement.
    • RelationshipBuilding: Cultivate positive relationships withclients through regular communication proactive outreach andattentive service fostering trust andloyalty.
    • Documentation andReporting: Maintain detailed records of clientinteractions inquiries and resolutions and generate reports onclient satisfaction feedback and performance metrics asneeded.
    • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such assales marketing operations and technical support to address clientneeds coordinate projects and ensure seamless servicedelivery.
    • ClientEducation: Provide clients with information on productfeatures usage guidelines best practices and upcoming updates orreleases to maximize their value andsatisfaction.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Communications orrelated field (preferred).
    • Previous experiencein client relations or agencybackground
    • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with a customercentric approach to servicedelivery.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities andthe ability to remain calm and composed in challengingsituations.
    • Detailoriented with excellentorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities effectively.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRMsoftware.
    • Ability to work both independentlyand collaboratively in a dynamic fastpacedenvironment.
    • Adaptability and flexibility toadjust to changing client needs andpriorities.
    • Professional demeanor and apositive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptionalservice.
