    Description

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelors degree in engineering (B.E./B.S/Btech)
    • Masters degree in Mechanical/ Automotive engineering (M.E./M.S/Mtech)

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 1 to 3 years' experience on AV/ADAS Simulation design and Scenario Authoring
    • Experience on tools Vires VTD or similar software like IPG carmaker is an added advantage
    • Experience on Linux is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Working with scripts and shell commands like Bash, Tcsh, Python and Lua is an advantage, not mandatory.
    • Exposure to programming (basic level) like C++, python is an added advantage.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES DESIRED:

    • As a support and services engineer at Hexagon the candidates should be able to learn and implement solution using VTD software.
    • Create Virtual Environments & Scenario in VTD. Write VTD API code in C++.
    • Test and reproduce customer issues
    • Debug customer issues and provide solutions to the customer whenever required.
    • Ready to learn attitude is necessary
    • An open-minded and proactive attitude is beneficial as well as being a team-player.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Candidate should work on technical customer support activities.
    • Candidate should be ready to work on internal and customer service project whenever required.
    • Candidate should work on VTD tools.
    • Candidate should on HIL setups and work on integrating VTD with different MSC tools.
    • Support Hexagon AV and ADAS Tools for customers and show readiness to learn new skills whenever requested by the management.
