- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities to promote products/services and secure sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and schedule an introductory meeting/Discovery meeting for the outside sales team (Director/VP).
- Hit/exceed Activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information using the CRM HubSpot.
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets, Preferably 3-5+ years.
- Must have good experience working in USA Market.
- Experience using HUBSPOT CRM.- Preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Strong closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and book the meeting.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Contingent Workforce Industry is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies & offerings.
- Flexible to work in EST shift.

Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive sales growth by actively contacting and engaging potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels. You will work closely with the outside sales team (Director/VP) to identify and pursue new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.
