    Job Description :
    We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in iOS development to lead our engineering team.

    As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team, conducting code and design reviews, driving technology discussions, and overseeing test case reviews.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
    • Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure highquality, maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices and architectural guidelines.
    • Participate in and lead technology discussions, driving decisions that enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our iOS applications.
    • Oversee test case reviews to ensure comprehensive test coverage and robust test strategies.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
    • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and best practices where appropriate.

    Requirements :

    • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on iOS development.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, delivering highquality software products on schedule and within budget.
    • Strong technical background in iOS development, including proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
    • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
