    Hiring for US-based - Cloud Product company in Bengaluru


    Currently seeking to hire an Engineering Leader - Backend with 10+ years of full-stack experience, including approximately 3 years in managing multiple teams.

    Must demonstrate solid proficiency in architecting and building robust, scalable, and high-throughput systems.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of engineers in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-throughput backend systems.
    • Architect technically sound solutions that meet the scalability and performance requirements of the platform.
    • Manage multiple teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and prioritize tasks.
    • Drive initiatives related to system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
    • Handle people management responsibilities including performance evaluation, career development, and team building.

    Required Skills :
    1. 9+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems.


    • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
    • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
    • Solid understanding of distributed systems and system design principles.
    • Expertise in scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.
    • Previous experience managing multiple engineering teams.
    • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and other relevant technologies.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Additional Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
