    About the role

    We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.

    What You will do

    • Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
    • Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
    • Champion best design, development, and code quality practices in the engineering team
    • Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
    • Set up and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
    • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.

    Qualifications

    What you will need

    • 7+ years of B2C experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing, & building high-performance teams.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
    • Highly adept in technical domains, intellectually sharp, adept at strategic thinking, and relentlessly proactive.
    • Experience working with the mobile team
    • Good leadership and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
