    Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior
    SEMSpecialist to lead our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts and drive growth for our digital marketing initiatives.


    As a Senior
    SEMSpecialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing
    SEMstrategies across multiple search engine platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    SEM

    Strategy Development:
    Develop comprehensive
    SEMstrategies aligned with business goals and target audience segments.

    Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

    Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and optimize
    SEMcampaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine platforms.

    Monitor campaign performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum conversions.

    Budget Management:
    Manage
    SEMbudgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.

    Allocate budget across campaigns, ad groups, and keywords based on performance and strategic priorities.

    Keyword Optimization:
    Continuously optimize keyword targeting, match types, and negative keywords to improve campaign relevance and efficiency.

    Implement keyword expansion strategies to capture new opportunities and reach relevant audiences.

    Ad Copywriting and Testing:
    Write compelling ad copy tailored to specific target audiences and campaign objectives.

    Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing page experiences to optimize performance.

    Conversion Tracking and Optimization:
    Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

    Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

    Analyze campaign data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

    Adherence to Best Practices:
    Stay updated on
    SEMbest practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

    Implement Google Ads and Bing Ads best practices for account structure, bidding strategies, and ad quality.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to align
    SEMefforts with broader marketing initiatives.

    Provide strategic guidance on
    SEMimplications for website design, content, and user experience.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.8-10 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads.

    Proven track record of managing large-scale
    SEMcampaigns and achieving performance targets.

    Expertise in
    SEMtools and platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.

    In-depth knowledge of
    SEMbest practices, keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

    Certifications such as Google Ads certification or Bing Ads accreditation are highly desirable.
