    Description

    As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver optimal results. You will lead a team of at least 10 members, coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, along with experience in performance marketing are essential for success in this role

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of at 10 members.
    • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
    • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Develop strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
    • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
    • Proficient in using Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with campaign performance objectives.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies that align with the organisation's goals and target audience.
    • Generate engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development.
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
    • Oversee and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and interaction with the target audience.
    • Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads.
    • Monitor and enhance the online presence of the politician, ensuring a positive and cohesive image across digital channels.
    • Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies based on key metrics.
    • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually optimize campaign performance.

    Ideal Profile

    Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    ● Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.

    ● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

    ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    ● Proven experience in digital marketing.

    ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising, and analytics.

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ● Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced campaign environment.

    ● Experience in Google Analytics, tracking and analyzing campaign performance.

    ● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), marketing automation tools, and analytics software.

    ● Using Lead Generation Softwares such as HubSpot, Zoho, FreshSales, MailerLite.
