    Marketing Manager – Airtel Business

    We are on the hunt for a product and regional field marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption and drive region-specific marketing plan. If you are a data-driven, passionate experienced B2B marketer with demonstrable success in working with Data Center and Cloud portfolio, driving GTM strategies and can apply regional customer insights into marketing plans and deliverables, you are just who we are looking for.

    Responsibilities

    • Marketing
    • of Awareness, Demand generation and sales funnel– Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness, demand, funnel and revenue along with business, product and performance marketing teams. Jointly responsible with sales and performance marketing to drive revenue and funnel for the assigned business segments and products.
    • positioning, product launch and creative– Develop and own positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our portfolio and its products from competitors. Work with the creative agencies to ensure creative stands out and is in line with brand guidelines. Partner with the sales and product team and provide the right inputs to launch/re-launch the products in the market with clearly defined goals and objective to drive sales.
    • Content Development and campaigns– Conceptualize and craft product and solution messaging and content assets as per the customer journey to drive awareness and demand across channels – online, offline, website, social, direct and other channels. Work with leadership team to build key executive profiles across channels.
    • with partners - Work closely with the alliance team to define and create joint GTM with OEM partners to achieve the target revenue and the right utilization of partner budgets
    • customer, and competitive analysis – Work closely with the customer insights team and be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players. Keep a close track of market share and competition activity for assigned business solutions.
    • enablement– Empower sales teams with the right pitch, battle cards, high-value sales tools, training, and assets to drive sales.
    • engagement through experiences - Work closely with marketing leadership to determine key experiences (events, customer visits, online/offline engagements), own customer participation from start-to-finish (registration, attendance, etc.), and prove return on investment (ROI).

    • Field Marketing
    • Strategy - Define and spearhead region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy
    • of Insights, Sales Funnel and Revenue - Act as regional marketing champion; work closely with the regional sales team to drive customer insights and then execute integrated campaigns for all products to drive demand gen and revenue.
    • and Campaigns - Marketing Programs comprising of digital, social, email, webinars, events, workshops and other channels – that deliver on pre-defined awareness / consideration goals and revenue objectives.

    Requirements

    Strong domain knowledge and market understanding of data center and cloud portfolio

    Demonstrated experience in setting and driving growth for portfolio/product lines through Brand and Content strategies

    Proven capability in driving marketing objectives through all the available channels (digital marketing, website, email, social media, GTM kits, thought leadership, analyst relations, events, digital connects, content)

    Proven track record in sales/field marketing including experience partnering with an enterprise sales team and driving region specific growth

    Understanding of regional markets. Be able to quickly translate sales and customer requirements into marketing strategies and deliver timely marketing programs

    Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing

    Ability to synthesize complex inputs into a compelling narrative, and bring a passion for driving improvements to the customer experience

    Eye for detail, ability to work with the designers/creative agency/editors and provide the right inputs for effective delivery of campaigns

    Effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have the ability to work in fast-paced and deadline focused environment

    Able to work in ambiguity and lead the discussion to measurable outcomes

    Skills Required

    Exceptional writing, reading and editing skills; ability to distil complex concepts into simple messages

    Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude

    Interpersonal communication skills

    Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and attitude to get things done

    Good knowledge of marketing campaign platforms like Marketo/Eloqua/etc.

    Good knowledge of Google AdWords, SEM, SEO

    Educational Qualifications

    MBA (Marketing)

    Work Experience

    4-5 years of work experience

    Telecom/B2B/Services Marketing/SaaS companies and similar industries
