    Description
    (What the role is)
    The Executive / Senior Executive main function is to support Engagement Coordination Office (ECO) in key M3 initiatives like Project Dian and to ensure Muis'/Mosques' interests and policies are carefully considered, incorporated, and/or implemented in all M3-related programmes and projects. (What you will be working on)

    Engagement

    • Work with external stakeholders closely (e.g. HDB, MOM, SSG, SSO) to ascertain data to be shared across agencies and interventions to be provided
    • Accompany volunteers for joint house visits to selected families with difficult circumstances, where applicable, working on weeknights and weekends when required

    Functional

    Volunteers' Capability Building

    • Work with vendor to produce feedback reports on effectiveness of training
    • Work with volunteers for other training requirements
    • Work with the Heads of M3 Engagement to recognise volunteers at the national level

    Others

    • Support operations at MUIS where relevant to the M3 ECO
    • Support 'Special Projects' (M3 Youth Festival, FGDs, M3 Forum etc.)

    (What we are looking for)

    • Tertiary education in any field with no more than 2 years of working experience.
    • Possess Suitable people relationship/management skills.
    • Able to work outside of official working hours, weekends and/or Public Holidays, as needed.

    Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
