    Description
    As a Manager for Business Expansion and Operations, you will play a pivotal role

    in scaling our operations, expanding our footprint, and optimizing business performance

    in the diagnostic laboratory market. Leveraging your expertise in P&L management,

    strategic planning, and operational execution, you will lead initiatives to drive growth,

    Scale up, and elevate the overall performance of our organization.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Expansion:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in key

    cities and states, identifying opportunities for market penetration and growth.

    P&L Management:
    Take ownership of profit and loss management, overseeing financial

    performance metrics and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

    Business Operations Optimization:
    Streamline business operations, enhance

    processes, and drive efficiencies across all functional areas to ensure optimal

    performance and resource utilization.

    City/State Expansion:
    Lead expansion efforts into new cities and states, overseeing

    market research, feasibility studies, and the establishment of operational infrastructure

    in target locations.

    Category Creation:
    Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the diagnostic

    laboratory market, conceptualize and develop new service categories to meet evolving

    customer needs.

    Lab Setup and Management:
    Utilize your experience in setting up laboratories to

    oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new lab facilities, ensuring

    compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence.
