    Description

    Qualification & Experience

    -Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

    -Insurance domain knowledge and Experience in managing Motor Claims /Property Claims (Essential)

    -Experience of having successfully managed a team as a Manager – Operations (Essential) for at least 12 months (span of 100+ team members and having managed a team of 5 – 10 AMO / DMO (Essential)

    -Experience of having driven change or process improvements in own area of control (Essential)

    -Experience in handling Inbound services team desired

    Objectives of Job:

    This position involves the day to day operational management of respective Insurance operations teams. Senior Manager Operations will take full ownership of service delivery from Allianz India. The successful candidate will ensure that teams within span of control consistently meet and improve on the delivery of service levels agreed, small tasks and other services by setting clear goals, direction & enhancing team / individual performances through effective leadership. The candidate should manage the role of Relationship manager for the overall business and lead strategic conversations towards driving innovation and growth. The candidate is also expected to be comfortable handling a very dynamic and changing business environment to constantly understand and match the Allianz India's and division's vision and objectives by supporting appropriately from Trivandrum.
