- Leading local sales team and achieving the sales target. Primarily focusing on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market
- Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time. Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business
- Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth and preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
- Driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning and intime support. Continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
- Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Interacting regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery and with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed
- Regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise. Preparing monthly MIS and submit to stake holders
- Systematically tracking the key projects and customer activity. Developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI's and take responsibility
- BE/ BTech in mechanical or electrical or electronics
- Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in relevant field
- Good knowledge on the Drives and Automation is preferred
- Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
- Good communication skills

In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to grow the business at Chennai Cluster location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.
