    Team Lead Sales - Drive Products

    You will be working as Team Lead Sales - Drive Products at global grade 13 and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Chennai, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to grow the business at Chennai Cluster location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.

    Your responsibilities

    • Leading local sales team and achieving the sales target. Primarily focusing on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market
    • Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time. Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business
    • Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth and preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
    • Driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning and intime support. Continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
    • Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Interacting regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment
    • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery and with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed
    • Regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise. Preparing monthly MIS and submit to stake holders
    • Systematically tracking the key projects and customer activity. Developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI's and take responsibility

    Your background

    • BE/ BTech in mechanical or electrical or electronics
    • Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in relevant field
    • Good knowledge on the Drives and Automation is preferred
    • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
    • Good communication skills
