    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate those needs into actionable configurations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
    • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud to design, develop, and implement solutions across various modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Security.
    • Possess strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, including experience with payroll definition creation, element configuration, and proficiency in the entire payroll process.
    • Implement and support Absence Management features, including creating eligibility profiles, absence plans, types, reasons, and categories.
    • Manage Oracle HCM Cloud security components, ensuring user access is controlled and data is protected.
    • Demonstrate exceptional skills in creating fast formulas to automate complex calculations within the system.
    • Configure and manage custom fields (Flexfields) to meet specific client requirements.
    • Utilize Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Scripting Data Loader (HSDL) to efficiently migrate and transform data during :
      • Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or a related field.
      • Proven track record of successfully leading and participating in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across various modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Security.
      • Extensive experience in configuring Core HR with robust security controls for global organizations.
      • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
      • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively conduct Show & Tell and Show & Engage sessions for clients.
      • Proven expertise in functional configuration, testing, and user training methodologies.
      • Experience in creating functional requirement documents and test scripts.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suggest process improvement initiatives.
      • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
      Preferred Qualifications :
      • Prior experience in managing and leading project teams during Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
      • Experience working with HCM modules across diverse industry domains.
