    Description

    Job Outline

    As a Programme Analyst, you play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our programs and content, ultimately contributing to the achievement of our business objectives. Through rigorous analysis and interpretation of the data from the learning platform, social learning sessions, the Programme Analyst empowers stakeholders with the insights they need to enhance user engagement, improve programme success metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the learning platform and programme management initiatives and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to user engagement on the learning platform using various analytical tools and techniques.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, including but not limited to course completion rates, user activity, retention rates, ratings & feedback and content effectiveness.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to extract actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and optimize the learning experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategies.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific questions or concerns raised by stakeholders, providing timely and accurate insights.
    • Present findings and recommendations through clear and compelling storytelling, tailored to the audience's level of understanding and expertise.
    • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and initiatives, continuously iterating and refining analytical approaches to drive continuous improvement.

    Knowledge/Education

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

    Specific Skills

    • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an education or technology-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analyses.
    • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics is a plus.
