    Description

    JOB Purpose - Continuously improve supply chain processes and systems in line with business objectives

    KRA

    1. Process optimization and efficiency

    2. Continuous improvement culture

    6. Cost reduction and value creation

    Responsibilities: -

    1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal team to develop a comprehensive improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

    2. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain processes, including planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

    3. Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.

    4. Project Management: Lead cross-functional improvement projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

    5. Change Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, promoting innovation, and advocating for best practices within the SCM team.

    6. Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to SCM team in implementing improvement initiatives, offering training programs as needed to enhance skill sets and capabilities.

    7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, production, logistics, and external partners to align improvement efforts and achieve shared objectives.

    8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with improvement initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations.
