    Requirements:

    • Creating effective talent acquisition strategies based on client needs to ensure timely and high-quality pipeline.
    • Offering valuable talent insights and market trends to clients.
    • Guiding clients on talent availability and best hiring practices in the industry.
    • Leading recruitment teams to meet service delivery targets as per agreed SLAs.
    • Tracking and reporting KPIs for each project to internal and client stakeholders regularly.
    • Maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system or client system diligently.
    • Managing key client relationships and serving as the main point of contact for issue resolution.
    • Recruiting, nurturing, and developing internal talent while also engaging external talent when needed.
    • Collaborating with vendors when necessary, considering cost-effectiveness in hiring decisions.
    • Over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment within a dynamic tech environment.
    • Thorough understanding of delivery methods relevant to outsourced talent acquisition in technology.
    • Hands-on experience with current and emerging technologies to drive successful outcomes.
    • Building and guiding strong hiring teams capable of handling pressure.
    • Experience managing client stakeholders across various levels.
    • Supervising a team of Recruiters, Sourcing specialists, and coordinators to enhance client hiring experiences.
    • Proficiency in an applicant tracking system with comprehensive end-to-end workflow understanding.
    • Skilled in data analysis and reporting using tools like MS Excel.
    • Capable of creating reports and presentations using MS Excel/MS PowerPoint.
