- Participate with other team members on managing availability and performance of mission critical services, building automation to prevent problem recurrence, and building automated responses for non-exceptional service conditions
- Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle of infrastructure-services, from inception and design, through to deployment, operation and refinement
- Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health
- Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity
- Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems
- Participate with other thought-leader in system design, software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews. This would include cross-team collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering and Platform Tooling teams.
- You'll participate in global technical infrastructure planning across ECO and Product Engineering teams.

- Perform and understand configuration management and compliance.
- Monitor the infrastructure-health, performance-quality and health of the software applications delivered by the development teams in terms of best practices, architecture, maintainability, durability, and efficacy.
- Properly document Change Request and properly communicate progress/resolutions on Incidents, Problems and Root-cause-Analysis within the company's Service Management portal.
- Manage projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables via Agile team processes.
- Demonstrate proven behavioral skills, including being a team player, sound thinking and judgment, achieving results, relating to people, managing work effectively, and leading by example
- Rotating on-call support - "own your systems"
- Contribute to one or more Community of Practice areas, contributing to topic discussions and sharing ideas
- Work experience supporting distributed systems
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows servers or Virtual Machines, Linux Systems Administration, cloud provisioning
- Work or Academic experience designing and developing systems or infrastructure automation / Infrastructure-as-Code
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
- Ability to support and execute Software deployments with CICD tools.
- Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
- Associates's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0- or 2 to 4-years relevant work experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in System Engineering or Software Engineering roles
- Must be detail Orientated
- Excellent communication, problem solving & customer service skills
- Good planning & Organizational skills, with the ability to diagram and document.
- Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
- Bachelors's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or relevant work experience
- Experience with DevOps tools and Build pipelines in Azure or transferrable-skills from other platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) and transferable skills from CICD tools such as Jenkins, TFS, CircleCI, GitLab, Bamboo, TeamCity, etc.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Typically, 1-4 years of experience in System Administrator roles
- Provide support for complex issues.
- Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize, initiate action, and build relationships within the department.
