- Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives

- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and competitive intelligence for informed decisionmaking. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track performance against goals, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive ROIfocused marketing investments to maximize impact and drive business results.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and drive brand advocacy.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, hospitality, and related industries, and leverage insights to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Marketing / Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop highperforming teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, innovative approach, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Knowledge of Digital and Social Marketing preferred.
- Resultsoriented, proactive, and adaptable to fastpaced environments with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
