    Roles and Responsibility

    As an Operations and People Manager for the US Mortgage Servicing team, you will be a critical figure in driving Servicing Practice and domain knowledge across all teams. Along with being the Practice head for US Mortgage servicing, your role will involve managing the team performance on contractual SLA's and fostering a strong and motivated team environment.

    • A team of 600+ US Mortgage Servicing analysts, trained across multiple queues and processes such as bankruptcy, active servicing, account admin, escrow, loss mitigation etc.
    • Monthly one on ones and year end performance reviews with employees with creation, update, and approval of new processes and procedures
    • Work in tandem with Initiative and Strategy teams to launch new platform for US Mortgage Servicing
    • Directed day-to-day operations by spearheading implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve business plan.
    • Reand assessed ongoing operations.
    • policies and procedures to strengthen USMortgage Servicing operations capabilities and to drive growth. Being a US mortgage servicing practice head the role will require to identify opportunities and develop large scale capabilities to attract new growth and ramps in existing accounts.
    • senior leadership during executive decision-making process by generating insights from daily reports to better assess corrective actions and improvements.
    • positive customer experiences by implementing effective quality assurance practices.
    • drive higher customer CSAT and explore opportunities for business expansion – Farming and Hunting

    Essential:

    • 15 years of solid experience in US Mortgage Servicing disciplines.
    • inter-personal skills to drive the team to meet increasing demand and objectives.
    • degree in a relevant discipline, or a professional qualification.
    • knowledge on different processes and sub processes in US Mortgage Servicing
    • to work under pressure in handling time critical deliverables, expertise and drive a large team with accuracy.
    • well-rounded, methodical person with strong analytical skills
    • pro-active and have the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals, either as an individual or as part of a team
    • to detail and accuracy is essential
    • orientated and inquisitive in nature

    Desirable

    • Analytic skill is a plus
    • Mortgage certifications
    • from prior clients
