    Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Delivery Leader with a strong background in the Insurance domain.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Large Data Modernization projects in the Cloud, Data & Analytics Project, and Data Operations Production Support. The candidate should be a strong communicator, aggressive in achieving goals, and possess a proven track record in managing internal operations, including Resource Management, Revenue & Profit Management, Hiring, and Billing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Large Data Modernization projects in the Insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
    • Oversee Data & Analytics Projects, providing guidance and support to the project teams, ensuring efficient execution and meeting client expectations.
    • Manage Data Operations Production Support, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Experience in Incidence & Release Management
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements, provide strategic guidance, and drive effective decision-making.
    • Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
    • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey project status, updates, and escalations to internal teams, clients, and senior management.
    • Lead and manage internal operations, including resource management, revenue & profit management, hiring, and billing.
    • Helping solve client problems and managing financial aspects of contracts.
    • Ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms.
    • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the Insurance domain, and provide guidance for incorporating them into project delivery.

    Qualifications

    • BCA/B Tech or Equivalent
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
    • Relevant certifications in project management or data analytics will be an added advantage.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in Insurance Domain (P&C is preferred) Proficient in Data Visualization tools & good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle client discussions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically in managing Large Data Modernization projects in the Cloud, Data & Analytics Project, and Data Operations Production Support.
    • Should have Safe Agile & PMI certification.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience in resource management, revenue & profit management, hiring, and billing.
    • Deep understanding of the Insurance industry, its challenges, and opportunities, with a focus on data modernization and analytics.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
    • Experience in working with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and GCP, data platforms, and analytics tools.
