About the Role:
We're looking for someone enthusiastic and relatable to join the HR team of Intellicar people).
As a Human Resources person, you will manage employee relationships, oversee employee performance evaluations, administer company policies, maintain employment records, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who has seen scale and can relate to and communicate with a large range of people of different backgrounds and languages.
Responsibilities :
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation systems, provide employee feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Culture Building & Engagement:
Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support long-term organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology or hardware industry.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
Leadership:
The ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
