    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting our most valuable asset – our people. You'll manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a passion for building a positive and inclusive company culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective job postings, and source qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and extend offers of employment.
    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support in line with company policies.
    • Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues; recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
    • Address performance management concerns, partnering with managers to create development and corrective action plans.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to design and implement development programs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both internal and external.

    HR Compliance:

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
    • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
    • Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • A professional HR certification is an added advantage.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
