JobOverview:We are seeking a skilled andexperienced Manager of Civil Engineering Projects to join the WindEnergy Sector.

As the Civil Project Manager you will be responsiblefor handling civil role for entire project overseeing andcoordinating various civilrelated activities ensuring thesuccessful implementation of renewable energy projects.

Additionally you will be responsible for higherlevel coordinationwith senior management vendors and other stakeholders as well asproblemsolving and decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee theplanning coordination execution and documentation of civil worksfor multiple renewable energy projects. Leadthe team of engineers providing guidance support and supervision toensure project deliverables are met.
Coordinate and plan Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundationactivities for projects ensuring timely and efficientexecution. Prepare comprehensivedocumentation and reports for all civilrelated works acrossprojects including progress updates quality control andcompliance. Review and assess design andspecifications for civil works ensuring adherence to industrystandards and project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders external consultants and internalteams to facilitate geotechnical and hydrological studies ensuringthe gathering of necessary data andinsights. Plan and coordinate theconstruction of internal roads for all projects to facilitate themovement of WTG materials and resources.
Provide coordination and support for all civil works associatedwith Extra High Voltage (EHV) lines andsubstations. Collaborate with OriginalEquipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure the construction of craneplatforms aligns with project specifications and safetystandards.

Engage in higherlevelcoordination with senior management vendors and other stakeholdersto ensure effective communication alignment of project goals andresolution of issues.

Utilize strongproblemsolving abilities and attention to detail to addresschallenges and ensure project success.

Desired Profile andEligibilityCriteria:

Engineering degree in Civil with 8 years of relevant experience inWind Energy projects. Indepth knowledge ofcivil engineering principles practices and designstandards. Strong project management skillsincluding the ability to plan coordinate and execute multiple taskssimultaneously. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate withcrossfunctional teams stakeholders and externalpartners. Experience in team management andteam handling providing guidance support andsupervision. Knowledge of environmentalregulations and sustainability practices within the renewableenergy sector is desirable. Demonstratedability to handle multiple projects prioritize tasks and manageresources effectively. Experience inhigherlevel coordination with senior management vendors andstakeholders to ensure projectsuccess.
