    Position Title: B2B Sales Manager - Solar Industry

    must have 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar industry

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in solar industry sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the solar industry, and possess a deep understanding of solar energy products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the B2B segment.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    1. Sales Strategy:
    • Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
    1. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.
    • Educate clients on the benefits of our solar energy solutions.
    1. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and customer support, to achieve overall company objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends.
