    About the Company:

    Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology-based platform to provide end-to-end solutions for students & aims to fulfil their study abroad dreams. Since the inception of the company; we have gathered a staggering 4.5 rating on Glassdoor and raised funding of USD 5 Million in March 2022.

    We started this journey back in 2019 with UniAcco; through which we aspire to ignite a global prop-tech revolution by bringing together students and property managers from all over the world on a single, cross-border platform. Since our inception; we have achieved the following milestones:

    • 100K Students Assisted

    Soon after we understood the student challenges a little more & launched UniCreds; an education loan platform. By partnering with the top lenders globally, we aim to assist students in acquiring the most competitive education loans at attractive interest rates. Following are our milestones till date:

    • 50 Loan Experts
    • USD 125+ Mn Loans Disbursed

    In Oct 2021, we completed our ecosystem with the launch of UniScholars; an end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students. We are an integrated platform that addresses student needs right from the start of their journey till the end. In the past year; here are some of the milestones that we have achieved:

    • 100 Trusted Counsellors
    • 400+ Students Placed

    Responsibilities:

    1. Acquiring new leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales.

    2. To facilitate students to locate affordable yet convenient and secure rooms in our extensive selection of listed properties and keep in continuous correspondence with the students.

    3. Ensure a comprehensive sales process to attain maximal customer conversion rate

    4. Maintain all modes of communication with the customer for providing a smooth and hassle-free journey to ascertain a perfect match for their requirements.

    5. Address any queries raised by students with a prompt and consummate response.

    6. Communicating with property managers within the UK, US and Australia augmenting our company services and achievements.

    A candidate who seeks out and communicates with leads, carefully understands their needs, qualifies opportunities, and then proceeds to propose to those who are an excellent fit.

    ● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Financial Management and Arts.

    ● Fresh talents who are keen and eager to get their careers into sales or experienced candidates upto 2 years are welcomed.

    ● Strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with the concerned persons.
