    Experience : 4 to 7 years

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in sample management or a related role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in using sample management software and tools
    • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in sample management
    • Leadership skills to guide and support junior staff

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the sample process from initial request to final delivery
    • Ensure the accurate recording and cataloging of all samples
    • Develop and maintain a tracking system for samples, including their location and status
    • Communicate with clients to gather sample requirements and provide regular updates on sample availability
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure samples are delivered in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of samples
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments related to sample management
    • Conduct regular audits of sample inventory to identify any discrepancies or shortages
    • Train and mentor junior sample management staff
