    Description
    RoleDescription
    TheFinOps MIS Associate will be working on the preparation of theMonthly MIS reportand
    performad hoc analysis for the Business unit which captures the employeelevelRevenue
    allocationand cost details. This report will be the Single source of truthfor the BUFinancial
    performance.
    The Financial and Operational metrics derived from the MIS areconsumedby
    BU andOrg leaders. The person will be working with multiple stakeholderstoensure
    seamlessflow of data and have the MIS completed ontime.
    Keyresponsibilities

    • Prepare timely and accurate BU MISreport.
    • Meet any adhoc data requirements and analysis from BU leaders otherstakeholders
    • Understand the current MIS preparation process look for possibleimprovementsin
    termsof accuracy and timetaken.

    Keyskills

    • Strong MS Excel proficiency with handson experience and knowledgeonadvanced
    functionalities.

    • Understanding of key financial and operationalparameters.
    Ability to work with cross functional teams and businessleaders:
    Client Partners to get FB revenue on time and obtain anyclarificationsneeded.
    AR team to get invoice inputs for themonth.
    Insights team and Revenue team to align on BU revenue FTE andcost.
    Delivery Partners and Staffing team on allocation queriescommunication ofgaps
    andnecessarycorrections.

    • Good with numbers and a keen eye fordetails.
    • Good written and oralcommunication.
