    Summary:

    The individual will be responsible for planning, facilitating and delivering learning interventions either individually or in conjunction with leaders, internal/external facilitators basis needs identified.

    While technical and functional interventions will be facilitated through internal/external facilitators basis needs identified, the individual will play the role of a consultant to ensure end to end management of these.

    In terms of behavioral interventions, must be able to conduct/deliver these (whenever required) and also facilitate these through external interventions.

    Working knowledge of e-learning platforms and Learning Management System is required. The role will include discussions with stakeholders, planning interventions, scheduling, collating feedback, tracking effectiveness and completion.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Conduct training need identification and analysis to arrive at the level-wise interventions required across behavioral, functional and technical areasDesign, develop and deliver learning solutions/programs across levels on leadership, behavioral, and people effectivenessLiaise with leaders for training needs and partner with internal/external facilitators/organizations to facilitate functional & technical trainingsResponsible for end to end training planning and administration – scheduling, collating feedback, tracking effectiveness, completion along with maintaining robust and accurate trackers.

    Partner with internal teams/HR business partners to revamp the orientation program and devise a learning intervention roadmap for new joinersCollaborate with HR Business Partners and internal teams to facilitate workshop focusing on building company culture and business framework/landscape.

    Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to facilitate Individual development plan/program to sustain succession pipeline.

    Provide a full range of training initiatives through the Learning Management System and e-learning platforms like , Coursera and othersExcellent knowledge of virtual training set-up and survey tools· Track effectiveness, ROI, Budgets and utilization.


    Requirements & Qualifications:
    MBA/Graduate in Human Resources, Learning & Development/ related area.
    A Minimum of 2 to 3 years' working experience in learning and development.
    Proficient in training delivery, content creation, training administration.
    Must have sound knowledge of e-learning platforms like learning, Coursera and knowledge of assessment tools.
    Knowledge of learning management system is a required.

    Passionate & up to date with regards to latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and development in learning technologies.

    Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives to arrive at the most viable solution.
    Ability to design, deliver, implement and track effective learning and development interventions.

    Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint and various presentation toolsGood planning, organizing and analytical skills.

    Project Management skill is a plus.
    Good proficiency in spoken and written EnglishExcellent presentation, facilitation, communication and inter-personal skills.
