    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Payroll Processor to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Payroll Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll for our employees. This role is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing
    • Good communication skills
    • Knowledge of payroll regulations and laws
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
    • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and laws
    • Handle payroll deductions, reimbursements, and adjustments
    • Maintain employee payroll records and updating changes as needed
    • Prepare payroll reports for management
    • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
    • Stay updated on payroll software and systems
