    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify suitable influencers for each client's unique marketing objectives.
    2. Devise comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the client's brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
    3. Recommend the optimal mix of influencers across various social media platforms to maximize campaign reach and impact.
    4. Initiate and maintain strong relationships with influencers across different niches and platforms.
    5. Lead influencer outreach efforts, negotiate collaborations, and secure partnerships for successful campaign execution.
    6. Act as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing inquiries and ensuring they meet campaign requirements.
    7. Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating campaign briefs that communicate the brand's message effectively.
    8. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring influencers adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality content aligned with the brand's image.
    9. Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
    10. Analyze data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign strategies, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
    11. Work closely with the account management team to develop and manage influencer marketing budgets for each campaign.
    12. Ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver strong ROI for clients.
    13. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
    14. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance the agency's influencer marketing offerings.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
    3. Deep knowledge of various social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.
    4. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers effectively.
    5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    7. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail to create impactful influencer campaigns.
    8. Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
    9. Results-driven and proactive approach to achieve campaign objectives.
    10. A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and adopting innovative strategies.
