    Location - Hyderabad

    Shift - US Shift (Night Shift)

    Experience - 6months to 2 years

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Team Lead) in Hyderabad to support ongoing U.S. client service delivery.

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.

    Minimum 6 months to 2 Years of Experience in US Staffing experience

    Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.

    Expert in active searches US Market Job Portals

    Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly.

    Responsible for handling a team to work on IT requirements from US based clients.

    Should be experienced in an Individual Sourcing capacity.

    Responsible for full cycle recruiting interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for

    assigned requisitions.

    Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client

    interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

    Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

    Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submission into interview and placement.

    Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

    Must have capability to work with a team.

    Updates about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

    Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up

    Requirement:

    NO REMOTE Work at office

    Willing to work in complete Night Shift

    US IT Recruiting Experience is Mandatory

    Excellent Communication is a must

    Staffing industry experience is a plus

    Experience in any domain is fine and would be considered.

    Minimal computer knowledge is a must. Lets say, using Excel, Word, Outlook
