Abouttherole

For SeniorSolutionArchitect position,we areseekingan enthusiasticandpassionate solutionarchitect withextensive experienceinarchitectingenterprisegradecloudnativeapplicationsin AzureorAWS.Thisrolewillsupportandfacilitate the innovation and adoption of next-generation technologies.

Thisrolewillworkcloselywithdevelopmentteams,Infrastructure,SecurityandNetworkEngineering,DevOps,Enterprise architecture and other stakeholders, collaborating as a subject matter expert [SME] with technology, business, information, domain and solution architects. This role will also play a key role in developing long-term strategies and roadmaps, using architecture methodologies and security frameworks, to strengthen the overall information security posture.

· Coordinatecross-teamcommunicationandfacilitatereviewingoftechnicalissuesforthetechnicalgovernance forums, multi-vendor solutions/proposals

· Leadsocializationofthetechnicaldecisionswiththeprojectteams

· Reviewapplicationsolutiondesignsforcloud-fit,secure,scalable,performant,andreusablepatterns

· Useindustrystandardsecurityarchitectureframeworks withfocusonqualityattributesofconfidentiality,integrity,and availability

· Identifyandresearchrelevanttechnologies,performproofsofconcept/prototypes,andrecommendtheapplications of such technologies for future product architecture

· Identifyandcommunicaterisks(business,application,technical)associatedwithcomponentorapplication implementation

· ParticipatewithAgileteamsanddocumenthigh-leveldesignandhand-offworktonextgroupinthedevelopment pipeline

· Reviewdeliveryteam'sdetaildesignforarchitectureandhigh-leveldesignalignmentwithdataflowsinmind

· Partnerdirectlywithtechnologyandengineeringontheidentification,development,andreviewofarchitecturedesign patterns

· Coachandmentorteamstoincorporatesecurityintoallcustomer-facingapplicationswithappropriatedataisolation and need based, zero-trust access policies

· Developapplicationanddataarchitecturemodelstofurtherenableeffectiveservice-orienteddelivery.Identify opportunities to strengthen the capability of the technology organization

KeyRequirements

· 12-15yearsofbroadITexperienceindesigningandarchitectingend-to-endsolutionsforlargescaleenterprise grade on-prem and cloud hosted web applications

· Establishedtrackrecordinhandlingmultipleprojectsandpriorities

· CertifiedCloudSolutionArchitectProfessional(AzureorAWS)orequivalentexperience

· Hands-onexperiencingindesigningandconfiguringsecureandscalablecloudplatformspatternsonAWSorAzure

· Deepunderstandingofvariousclouddesignpatterns,cloudnativearchitectureandprinciples,cloud operationsand cloud security, serverless and containerized solutions, data cataloguing and management, Identity Management, Developer tools, Caching, SQL/No SQL DBs, DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, ML Ops) etc.

· Excellentunderstandingofapplicationsecurityarchitecture,APISecuritybestpracticesandprinciples,commondata protection technologies (this includes implementation), such as Cryptography, Tokenization, Hashing, etc.

· Strongknowledgeofnetworksecurityprotocolsandbestpractices,Threatmodeling andRiskAssessment methodologies and/or frameworks, Azure/AWS native security services and security best practices

· ExperiencewithMicro-servicesandEventdrivenarchitecture,APIdesignandmanagement(webservices,REST, Web API, ESB, message-based) development, integration, and deployment

· Strongfacilitation,negotiation,interpersonal,communication,collaboration,andleadershipskills,capableofleading less experienced architects

· Demonstratedabilitytoeasilydealwithbothabstractandconcrete conceptsand beabletoreconcilethemforthe appropriate audience and context

· Provenabilitytomaintainbothastrategiclong-termoutlookandenterpriseperspective,whilealsosupporting tangible, business-driven and IT-delivered solutions

· Abilitytocommunicateacrossbusinessunitsandtheabilitytointerfacewithandcommunicatecomplextechnical concepts to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

· Abilitytolearn/internalizeexistinginformationtoassistseveralprojectseffectivelyandimmediately.Abletorelateto end-to-end business processes and data flows into solutions with a goal of simplifying the business process and improving experience

· Experiencewithcloud-baseddataarchitecture/dataservices.Exposuretostreamingdataservicesandnon- relational data sources

· Experienceinsecurityintegrationpatternstosecuresensitivedatainacloudenvironmentandbeabletosharedata between multiple cloud vendors and hybrid-cloud environments
