- Acquiring corporates, and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and their banking requirements
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
- Expected to expand the Corporate relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
- Ensuring the acquired corporate accounts gets amounts credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Ensure the correct Bank products and services are delivered to corporates in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Corporate customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new Corporate sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Manage a team of Corporate account Managers and ensures the productivity of corporate acquisitions are met.
- Generating Revenue through Cross Sales Banking Products and Retail assets to corporate accounts customers.
