    Key Account Manager - Pune, India - Mintskill HR Solutions LLP

    Job Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Acquiring corporates, and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and their banking requirements
    • Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
    • Expected to expand the Corporate relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
    • Ensuring the acquired corporate accounts gets amounts credits in all salary accounts sourced.
    • Ensure the correct Bank products and services are delivered to corporates in a timely manner
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by Corporate customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Play an integral part in generating new Corporate sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Manage a team of Corporate account Managers and ensures the productivity of corporate acquisitions are met.
    • Generating Revenue through Cross Sales Banking Products and Retail assets to corporate accounts customers.


    Requirements

    Ø Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.

    Ø Self-starter and energetic individual

    Ø Sales focus in achieving defined targets

    Ø Good communication and problem-solving skills

    Ø Candidate should be confident & and a team player

    Ø Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy

    Ø Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred
