    Company Description

    White Dairy Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of preservative-free fresh milk in Kochi. We have delivered preservative-free milk and other products to over 4000 homes across the city.

    With a growing team of nearly 50 members, we have experienced consistent growth of over 100% year over year since our inception.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and creating business development strategies.

    Work involves early morning timings and work during weekends.

    Qualifications

    • Sales and Business Development skills
    • Customer Relationship Management skills
    • Market Research and Analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Experience in the dairy industry or food and beverage industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
