    JobBrief:We arelooking for a detailoriented and organized HR Executive to manageand supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate isrequired to stay uptodate with changes in work legislation andindustry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selectionprocesses develop and implement HR strategies and handle employeerelations. In this role the HR Executive must ensure compliancewith all laborlaws.
    RolesandResponsibilities:
    • Ensurecompliance with all employment laws andregulations.
    • Stay updated on changes in worklegislation and industry standards.
    • Overseerecruitment and selection processes including sourcing interviewingand hiring new employees.
    • Develop and implementHR strategies policies and procedures.
    • MaintainHR records including employee files compensation and benefitsinformation.
    • Handle employee relations andresolve any workplace conflicts orissues.
    • Administer compensation and payrollprograms and ensure accurate processing ofpayroll.
    • Develop employee recognition andrewards programs.
    • Oversee and manage employeewellness and safety programs.
    • Manage andresolve employee complaints andgrievances.
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto achieve company goals and improve HRprocesses.
    • Conduct performance evaluations andprovide feedback toemployees.

    Requirements:
    • Experiencein an interior design company is aMUST.
    • Graduate
    • A minimum of1 year ofexperience
