    We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Direct Response Copywriter to join our creative team. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality written content that aligns with our clients' brand objectives and marketing strategies. This role involves creating impactful copy and guiding and mentoring junior copywriters to elevate the standard of written content across projects.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Copy Development:

    Craft engaging, persuasive, and on-brand copy for various mediums including but not limited to marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and social media platforms.

    Conceptualize and pitch creative ideas that resonate with target audiences and contribute to the achievement of campaign goals.

    2. Mentorship & Collaboration:

    Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to our media team, nurturing their skills and assisting in their professional growth.

    Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

    3. Quality Assurance & Strategy:

    Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

    Contribute to strategic discussions, offering insights and ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and messaging.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Proven track record (2+ years) in copywriting, preferably in an agency setting, showcasing a diverse portfolio of impactful and effective written content.

    2. Exceptional writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.

    3. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire junior team members.

    4. Adept at working within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving priorities.

    5. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory.

    Working Details:

    Mode: In Office, Saket, N. Delhi, 110030

    Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

    Expected CTC: 6 LPA (In Hand)

    Experience Required: 2 years of experience (preferably in an agency) is a must.
