    About the Role:

    Cleartrip is seeking a visionary Copy-First Creative Director to lead our creative team in shaping and executing compelling brand narratives across various platforms. As the Copy-First Creative Director, you will drive the development of impactful and cohesive brand messaging that resonates with our audience and strengthens Cleartrip's position as a trusted travel companion

    You are Responsible for:

    1. **Strategic Brand Development:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine Cleartrip's brand identity, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.

    2. **Copywriting Leadership:** Lead by example in crafting engaging and persuasive copy that communicates Cleartrip's value proposition effectively. Provide guidance and mentorship to copywriters to elevate the quality and impact of written content.

    3. **Creative Direction:** Conceptualize and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and video content. Ensure that all creative assets align with Cleartrip's brand voice and objectives.

    4. **Team Management:** Inspire and motivate a team of creatives, including copywriters, designers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide constructive feedback and support professional development opportunities for team members.

    5. **Brand Guardianship:** Serve as the guardian of Cleartrip's brand integrity, ensuring that all communications adhere to brand guidelines and reflect our values and personality consistently.

    6. **Market Research and Insights:** Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to inform creative strategies and campaign development.

    7. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to align creative initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

    To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

    Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.

    Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of compelling brand narratives and marketing campaigns.

    Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts and messaging.

    Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing creative teams.

    Proficiency in digital marketing channels and emerging trends in content creation and distribution.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and strategy effectively.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
