    Role Description

    This is a full-time role based in Mumbai (Mahape, Navi Mumbai) for a General Manager Production. The General Manager Production will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production, including production planning, quality control, production management, team leadership, CRM, and manufacturing. The General Manager Production will ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes to meet customer demands and quality standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Masters in Operations will be a plus.
    • Experience : 10+ Years
    • CTC : 8 to 10 LPA
    • Strong knowledge and experience in production planning, quality control, and production management & CRM
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
    • Experience in manufacturing processes and operations
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
