    Company Overview: Join our dynamic and innovative Real Estate Marketing team as a Sales Executive We are a leading player in the real estate industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.     Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients. This is an office-based role, with no door-to-door or canopy-based marketing involved. Your primary responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, arranging site visits, and effectively demonstrating our real estate products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule site visits.

    · Coordinate and organize site visits for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

    · Effectively demonstrate and showcase our real estate products to visitors, highlighting key features and benefits.

    · Provide personalized and consultative guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with real estate industry knowledge.

    · Strong communication and presentation skills.

    · Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    · Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

    · Comfortable with initiating outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.

    · Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
