    Job Overview:


    Join our team as a Business Development Intern focused on Conference Engagement and get a chance at being hired full time post the completion of internship.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. You will play a vital role in expanding our conference reach by identifying and engaging key participants.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential participants within the target industry.
    • Analyze industry trends to tailor engagement strategies.

    Outreach and Engagement:

    • Initiate communication with professionals through email, phone calls, and social media.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our conferences.

    Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers.
    • Understand participant needs and align them with the objectives of the event.

    Customized Messaging:

    • Tailor communication strategies to different target audiences.
    • Craft compelling messages to attract diverse participants.

    Collaboration with Marketing:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align engagement efforts with overall event campaigns.
    • Provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.

    Achieve Engagement Targets:

    • Set and meet ambitious targets for participant engagement.
    • Implement creative strategies to maximize attendance.

    Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of communication in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Provide regular updates on engagement progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
