    Description
    Service Delivery Lead
    • Maps/GIS domain Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks as needed while maintaining overall responsibility for successful completion.
  • Actively participate in identifying solutions proactively, de-escalate & mitigate risks by putting measures in place
  • Proactively anticipate and prevent service delivery issues and barriers, acting swiftly to engage appropriate resources and communicate/escalate.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

    • Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role in GIS / Mapping
    • 15 + years of Overall experience in Digital Operations
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and with Quality.
    • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Passion for Maps,LLMs and latest trends in technology
    ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) Geographic Information Systems(Maps)
